Where do we ship to?

We currently ship anywhere in the USA. We're plan to ship to other countries soon.

How fast do we ship?

Orders are picked and filled twice daily and shipped within 24 hours. Weekend orders will be shipped first thing Monday.

Shipping costs and options will be displayed to you on the check out page of your order.

Order tracking

We send a shipping confirmation email to you when your order is in transit. The email includes your tracking number so that you can keep up with your shipment. Sometimes these emails can end up in your spam folder or “Promotions” tab in Gmail. If you can't find your shipping confirmation email, try searching your inbox.

Lost or delayed shipments

You will be notified via email of any delays to your package. Occasional delays can happen around holidays or severe weather.

Returns

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Return & Refund Policy

If you don't like our product, you can request a refund within 60 days of placing your first order with us by sending an email to info@thebtterco.com. In this e-mail you must include your name, your order number, the date of your purchase and your address. We will then let you know how and to which address you need to return your product to us in order to get your refund. You must return the product to us in order to get a refund. The refund will be posted to your original payment method within 10 business days of receipt of the returned product. Please note that the shipping costs cannot be refunded to you.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@thebtterco.com.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries once every month unless you decide to cancel. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries automatically once a month. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there or by visiting "My Account" from our website navigation. pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.

You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
