Which orders qualify?
Eligible first-time purchases of Better Coffee Booster, including the first order of a subscription. The guarantee applies once per customer per product, and the return must be started within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Do I need to send anything back?
Yes. Return the product, opened or unopened, together with all the packaging it came with, using the prepaid return label from the returns portal. Returns missing packaging may not qualify for a full refund.
When will I see the refund?
Returns are processed within 5 to 7 business days after they reach us, and the full purchase price, including original shipping, is credited to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days after that. You get an email when it is done.
What happens to my subscription?
You can pause, skip or cancel anytime from your account. If you return your first order under the guarantee, cancel the subscription there too so no further renewals ship.
